Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains desktop and workstation equipment and software including telephones (std & VOIP), desktop/laptop computers (WIN7, WIN10, MAC OS), and printers.
Handles equipment moves with little or no supervision.
Able to identify, analyze and resolve basic troubleshooting items but defers to supervisor or Level 1 tech for more complex hardware issues.
Able to answer basic user questions about equipment features.
Has basic knowledge of the organization's equipment and associated software and services.
Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.
