- Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Allocate maintenance tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate daily maintenance operations to maximize equipment availability.
- Oversee the maintenance and performance of all mechanical equipment, including: Sterilizers, Threshers, Digesters, Screw Presses, Clarification Systems, Boilers (mechanical components), Turbines, Pumps, Conveyors, Gearboxes, Motors, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Valves, pipelines, and ancillary equipment
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Mechanical Technicians and maintenance personnel.
- Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed according to schedule.
- Enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
- Record equipment breakdowns, corrective actions, and maintenance history.
- Assist in preparing maintenance budgets and work plans.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in maintenance management or engineering are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a palm oil mill, edible oil processing plant, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and palm oil processing machinery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Exposure to heat, steam, noise, dust, grease, and rotating machinery.
